Shipping & Delivery Policy
All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your package’s tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company’s website.
To ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner, we request you to provide complete and accurate details of the shipping address including flat number, building number, street name, locality and nearest landmark. Please also ensure that you provide correct PIN Code and contact number.
We dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (i.e. excluding Sundays and public holidays). We keep 90% of product range in our inventory, certain products may still be required to be sourced from the brand from time to time. These products might delay your order by additional 2 days. We are pleased to say, 95% of orders are fulfilled within 6 business days from the date of order.
Courier companies return the products to us if they fail to deliver the order to you after multiple attempts. This typically happens if the address provided is incorrect, house is locked at the time of delivery or shipment is not accepted by you. Once returned, we cancel the order and process the refund as per our Refund Policy.
If you would still like to receive the product, we request you to place the order again.
Almost all pin codes classify as standard. For these pin codes, we provide free shipping for orders of Rs.5000 and more. If your order value is less than Rs.5000 then shipping charges of Per Item Rs.100 would be applicable on your order.
For a small selection of remote pin codes, we apply a flat shipping charge of Rs.100 irrespective of order value.
